I believe that life is a game and it’s all made up! I believe we can and should create the lives we want by continuously playing bigger games.

Gulp moments – when you are thrilled and scared at the same time – are a part of every bigger game you will play, and occur when we let past experiences create doubts and stir fears. Yet what is past is past. Don’t look back. My advice is to live in the moment, because you really have no idea what the future will hold either. Instead of waiting for the future to come, why not makeup your own life as you go?

Don’t get fearful when your next Gulp moment surfaces; instead, consider it a welcome sign that you’re alive and well and fully engaged in writing your own story.
