I love the long Thanksgiving weekend here in the USA. For me, it’s a time to step away from my computer and zoom and endless emails. It’s a time to simply slow it all down, if but for a long weekend.

On Friday I found myself reflecting about my past year as I walked the labyrinth on the grounds of Sunnylands (a remarkable space and place for global change).

As I meandered through the labyrinth, I couldn’t help but reflect on the twists and turns of my past year. Did I discover something new or brilliant that I must share with you? No, not at all.

Instead, I mostly just treasured this free time to slow it all down. I was thankful and grateful for it and I encourage you, too, to find a way to slow down and reflect on it all.
