Rick Tamlyn is a sought-after thought leader in the human development field and works internationally as an experiential keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and as an executive leadership coach.

Rick is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) as designated by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is a senior trainer for The Coaches Training Institute in San Francisco, a world-renown coach training and leadership development global organization.
Rick is the co-author of The Bigger Game: Why Playing a Bigger Game Designs Who You Want to Become, and is the author of the upcoming It's All Made Up: Ideas for Creating a Magnificent Life.

Rick has a B.A. in Communications from Hope College in Michigan and an MFA from the University of Connecticut. He resides in Los Angeles, where he enjoys swimming early morning laps in his backyard swimming pool; and he likes to spend his free time boating and sailing on Lake George in upstate New York.
